The cookies on this site, plainly listed.
This page lists every cookie and local-storage key Lumina sets, what each one does, and how you can control them. We keep this list short on purpose — the fewer cookies, the better.
Categories we use
We use cookies in three categories:
- Strictly necessary — the site cannot work without these. They authenticate you, protect you from cross-site request forgery, and keep our payment flow secure. You cannot opt out of these because the service breaks without them.
- Functional — remember non-essential choices like your preferred theme or default voice. You can clear these without breaking sign-in.
- Analytics — measure aggregate usage so we can improve the product. We only enable analytics that respect Do-Not-Track and do not build cross-site profiles.
We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not share data with ad networks.

| theme | Lumina (localStorage) | Remembers your light/dark/system preference | Functional | Persistent |

The exact cookie names may change as our auth and payment vendors update their libraries; this list reflects the current production setup at the “Last updated” date at the top.
How to manage cookies
You can clear cookies and local storage from your browser settings at any time. The exact path depends on your browser:
- Chrome / Edge: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent new sign-ins. Blocking functional cookies will reset your preferences but not break the core product.
Third-party cookies
The cookies set by Stripe on our payment flow are governed by Stripe’s own privacy and cookie policies. We do not embed social-media widgets, advertising trackers, or session-replay tools.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookies Policy when our toolchain changes — for instance if we add a new analytics provider. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, for any new non-necessary category, ask for your consent before activating it.
